During the data collection process, the data recording was limited due to the specificity of the data reporting system of the Police Department. Therefore, some of the police reports did not contain enough information in order to pinpoint the exact location of the traffic accident. Also,the description of the crash is based on the primary assessment of the event; does not contain the final court decision on the causes and circumstances of the crash. From 832 crashes there were represented 553 crashes, those that could be located with GPS.
